A Realtors Use of Pop-Up Banners

What if a Realtor, at either the open house time or for the Realtor tour day, had a pop up banner display in the home?  What do you suppose the impact would be on the visiting Realtors during tour day?  How impressed would they be?  How likely are they to make a note that you are someone that they could work with?  Or what about the prospective home purchasers who visit the open house? 

All of a sudden it is not just the home that they are remembering; it is the Realtor pop up banner that greeted them when they walked into the home.  By the way they may remember the house better, because the pop up banner will become the reference point, when recalling the home visits at the end of the day.
