Going to work this week! More custom COVID protection barriers made out of premium polycarbonate, rather than off the shelf acrylic that can break.

Polycarbonate sacrifices a very slight amount of clarity for a significant amount of durability. As a product, polycarbonate is stronger, won't shatter, and can be cleaned with alcohol unlike acrylic products.

Teachable moment! Piggybacking on the sticker post

Teachable moment! Piggybacking on the sticker post from Monday, here we have a window cling for the Tri-State Corvette Association (www.tristatecorvetteassn.com) that the client would like to be applied without adhesive to the inside of the Vette window. In mass, a label printing company might need thousands of these before the price becomes reasonable because of the set up steps required, but short runs are best left to a digital printer (like us!)
.
There's some tricks here, though. Working through the challenges, the decal needs to apply inside the window so we need a clear static cling substrate then have to mirror/flip the artwork and print it reversed and then add a white backer either via white ink or a substrate. Both are effective but we usually look at the quantity required and decide from there. The results are perfectly effective and the client is happy.
